Apple cider cocktails whatcha got?

I purchased a bottle of spiced apple cider from Trader Joe’s last week, and I am craving a good cider cocktail. I have created a few, but I’m wanting something with a good amount of body. I’m leaning towards egg white to accomplish the right texture but I’m not sure how it’ll go with the cider.
Regardless, what are your favorite cider based cocktails? I have a home bar equivalent to a decent craft cocktail lounge. I can make just about anything. Hit me!
