Cockatiel Flew into Oil

Hello! My cockatiel was flying around the house and he flew into the kitchen and dropped into the pan filed with oil! Luckily it wasn’t hot :( but his chest are and feet were soaked.

What do I do? I’ve tried a dishwashing liquid water bath, but the oil can’t seem to wash off completely as i’m scared to be too aggressive with him.

I’m so worried. Will he be ok? What should I look out for? What should I do?

Also, can I give him another dishwashing liquid water bath the day after? Or do I wait another couple of days? :((((
