Anyone ever get anxiety about having a heart attack lol

I’m 19 and a regular user and lately I’ve slowed way down but when I do indulge myself I get this overwhelming feeling of doom and scared of having a heart attack. I get this weird feeling in my chest and it doesn’t hurt. My bpm is only a little high and I don’t have underlying health issues. Can anyone relate? I’m 6 foot 1 and 145 pounds. I’m relatively healthy so idk what the issue is or if there even is one. My doctors are aware of my usage as with anything else I do and I came back normal a couple months ago at my yearly check up. Any thoughts?
