For those of you who use saline spray to bless your nostrils during sessions/after sessions… what is your preferred brand? I use arm and hammer simply saline. However… there is the simply saline version then the extra strength. I can’t seem to find what the difference between the two are ingredient wise is… like what makes it “extra strength”… the extra strength one I don’t usually prefer - not only because it’s more expensive lol but it seems to hurt my nose. Maybe too much of the sodium chloride..? Don’t know.

Anyways… saline spray debate! And if you don’t use saline spray at all… boy oh boy it’ll change your sessions. Your nose will thank you.
