Someone asked if I had a process the other day. Thought I'd ask if anyone has a standard come down method.
I always eat and sleep during sessions, unless I've planned not to. But I don't sleep though the come down. I have a shower, followed by an Epsom salt soak, (usually eucalyptus and menthol), during which I meditate and listen to chillstep edm... Then a moderate meal, usually breakfast, and then I start running through emotional cues with music or media,(things that are emotionally provocative but easily digestible), light snacking and rehydration... Maybe another moderate meal, two 5-htp and a full night's sleep... Add I'm usually right as rain... Let me know what you think or what works for you!!
