Chest pains after a session

I did a quick session, about a .4, and right now I’m having chest pains, not severe, and defiantly manageable, but my chest is defiantly tight and I can feel my heart being under pressure, and tightened, if that makes sense. It’s very unfortunate and unnerving, has this happened to anyone, especially after their first session?
Edit: I ate for the first time today and it’s basically gone, I think I was freaking myself out lol
