Heartbeat BPM while doing coke?

How many of you have smart watches or apple watches out there that records your heartbeat? What does your heartbeat usually go up to after a line? Prior to a line? On a binge? Very open question here for heart activity while doing coke.
When I hit my first line, my heart drops to like 57. I do not understand that. Then it’ll be chillin at 90-100 after 10 minutes or so.
