Anyone else get bladder problems?

First time it happened was last year. I would get the strong urge to pee and then try to pee but little to nothing would come out. At first I thought I might've had a UTI or something. Then I stopped doing coke and I was fine. And now I get it every so often. I only get it when I do coke. I would have to pee really bad and then try and then I can't and if I do only a little comes out and I have been drinking water but I will admit maybe not the amount im supposed to be drinking but wtf is this about???
