I see tons of posts in here and on the internet about cocaine causing nose bleeds from too frequent of use and the vasoconstriction causes necrosis of the tissue and this damage over too frequent of use causes the tissue to bleed. I get that.
But...why does it bleed when people use it their first time or very infrequently? Vasoconstriction seems like it would inhibit bleeding. It obviously does in the short term and I'm not talking about bleeding immediately from taking it, but blood showing up in the mucous the following day in a first time user.
