2 Acetone wash questions (filter & evaporation)

1-what filter do you that wash use? Coffee filters seem to be 100 micron and I've only found those that recommend filter paper to micron level to recommend 5 or less, but most just use coffee filters. That seems to be a big difference. Thoughts?
2-Why let it air dry when you can just keep it under the heat lamp to completely dry? Does that denature it or anything?
