Anyone else get paranoid about roommates/family hearing your heartbeat?

Lately my heartbeat and pulse get so intense when I’m on the sesh, if I’m at home, especially at night, I get so paranoid that family will hear my heartbeat thumping through the bed or the couch, and wake up like “wtf is that?”
Please tell me I’m not alone in this. Laying in bed with your heart pounding literally feels like the loudest thing ever when you’re geeked.
