How fast does Levamisole get to you?

I picked up a ball 3 days ago. Have some small quantities over past 3 days. Noticed yesterday my face got hot after I did a line. Took my temp and didn’t have one. Feet got cold but I have bad circulation to begin with. But they aren’t numb. Got a decent night of sleep last night and just did a line and felt like shit. Is it due to leva? I don’t have a tester.
