The effects on the nose, pls answer

Ive been doing it for a probably a few months now, not at all constant, for the first month and a half only on the weekends or every other, but the more recent ive been doing it ive been having bloody boogers and each time i blow my nose i see blood. Should i stop for a while? I also have had a cold so that could effect it. I just want some insight from people who have been doing this for a while
