Orange specks in powder? Turns product orange in water when cooking.

Anybody seen orange specks in the powder? There aren’t a lot, just a few, but enough to turn everything an orange tint when put in water to cook up. Some kind of cut? Somebody accidentally drop something? Any ideas?
