Any thoughts or insights on this bash?

I’ve been doing this too long and this is the first time I’ve seen this. Due to my location, choice and quality is scarce and hit or miss. This is from the local Albo who normally delivers what you’d expect but I’ve never come across this “passable” looking garbage.

Picked these up tonight and they looked acceptable in the car. Finger test is average (what I’d expect for low grade), taste and smell are mild and too weak for my liking but nothing off, hot plated and worked proper and it’s still gritty and not clumping like usual after being left on plate a while. Very little numbing but they don’t seem to use much benzo/lido here.

Have let him know but he’s “surprised” because I’m the only complaint. It would be great to know what it could be cut with to avoid a prolonged negotiation. I thought I knew all the usual tricks and bullshit.
