Anyone ever experience anything like this?

Was bussin down sumn I got from one of my plugs and I keep finding some bunk in it. It’s almost like a paper or plaster.. tried hotplating to see if it was jus moist or caked up but it still don’t break down, also tried rolling it in my fingers but it just breaks in flakes like plaster.. looking for any type of insight.
