Why do I do this to myself every time….

Can’t seem to figure out why I always do this to myself. Have to be at work in a few hours and here I am still going. I want to stop completely but after I have one drink I just want whatever I can get my hands on. Then the next day I regret all my decisions….how do I control this 🤦🏻♂️😂
