Been trying the last couple of weeks to cut down on the amount i use, don't feel or think it's possible for me to go completely clean..
For a while now it's gotten out of hand with how much I've consumed, and it's starting to take effect on the people around me and my relationships..
I wanna get to the point where im able to control it and maybe just use once in a while in the weekends..
I've managed to Only use once a week now but it's difficult..
Do you guys have any recommendations on how to control the urge i get to buy it..
