Getting sober broke a lifelong habit

I bit my nails my entire life to the point i hardly had to clip them mostly due to anxiety and when i was doing coke daily it only got worse. recently i have been sober for nearly a month and a half and i haven’t bitten my nails since i quit. how tf do i use a nail clipper on my fingers 💀
