Help pls acne and pain due to significant usage

I have been having significant acne increase since starting to regularly take snow, on my face is the worst but there’s little bumps on my whole body (not like covered but you can see it if you look enough) the ones of my face get infected and I have like a split side of my lip as well, my ears also hurt sometimes and not sure how to tell how much damage I’ve done to the inside of my nose, anyone know why this is happening and how to solve it? And is it reversible?
