Trying to get away from gross money

I’m trying to find out what I can use for lines instead of rolling up bills because of how gross it is. My friend has a tooter is what she calls it and it works the same as a bill and is supposed to be cleaner but she doesn’t clean it and I want to figure out something I can use that is durable, has a higher lifespan of use, and something I can sanitize and clean completely so that it doesn’t get plugged or transmit anything.
