Anyone else notice you mostly use during a certain time frame?

I’ve noticed these last few months that I primarily have the burger or use from 6pm-6am. I never purposely did it in that time period but now I’ve made it kind rolled with it and made it a standard thing. It allows me to wind down and be able to sleep at about 8am and then get my things done efficiently in the afternoon and I suppose as a reward to myself I end the night that way. It’s only 4:51am at this moment so I still have an hour left to play around 🤣
