Been a weekend (or bi-weekly) sniffer for about five years. This past year I’ve went pretty hard. Regularly smashing at least a gram most weekends, isn’t rare for me to do it multiple times in a week.

This week specifically, I’ve done 1.75g each day. Awful I know. And it’s my sign to cut this shit out.

This morning I got mad irregular heartbeats, and stupid me, after they got better, I did another .5-.75 tonight.

I just had my last line a few minutes ago and the weird thing is my heart rate is so soft I almost can’t feel it. Obviously gonna call for help if it reaches that point, but has anyone else experienced this?

Or is this major bad news?
