I wanna take a break, have any tips?

I’ve been going at it hard for about 1 week now. About a gram a day sometimes more, and the last couple days (if I’m not passed out) I’ve been popping adderall like they’re candy. I don’t wanna go sober but I definitely think a break would be a good idea.
