any tips on how to quit when it’s become apart of your routine?
Post Body

i got in a bad habit of using it alone, and using it for chores and working out (like casual 10 min youtube video work outs nothing that serious) and now i don’t know how to NOT do that. it’s become second nature. just wondering if anyone has any tips for reducing usage or not making it apart of your daily routine. plan is to cold turkey quit next month when i move out of state and i don’t have connections to a dealer where im moving.
