Nausea after doing small amount

Is it normal to do like 3 bumps and get so nauseous you genuinely feel like throwing up a few hours after? I thought I was going to vomit and idk why because I ate twice in the morning. And I only did those 3 bumps so idk why it happened. Any thoughts?
