best way to combat cold sweating?

pretty much as the title says, sorry if stupid questions. i’m geeked with no sleep so i’ll blame it on that.
any ways to reduce or prevent it? what’s the best plan when starting to/dripping and can’t control it? looking for y’all’s wisdom.
