just wanted to share my coke doing routine since i don’t really have anyone to share it with and idk i feel like im really caring for my nose and i don’t feel super shitty the day after

taking care of yourself and your nose on this stuff is so so so important

currently finishing up an 🎱

i usually eat a good meal and drink a lot of water before starting, i nasal rinse my nose (boiled bottled water that’s cooled down) and apply coconut oil in each nostril (kind of pat them clean with a q tip so they’re moisturized and not drenched), hot plate my gear, prep my lines and do one in each nostril. wait 30-45 mins before redosing. repeat this for at least half/entire bag. i always always always shower in the AM if i end up finishing the bag to mellow out and sleep. if i plan on doing a small amount, i pop me a benny, benny and half, or 2 to get super sleepy. i always have a gallon of that good ol ozarka water on me as well. hydrate hydrate hydrate !! it’s so important to take care of yourself while doing this, even tho it’s literally not good for u.
