Dry nostrils. Can I still snort with Aloe Vera on mucosa ?

My nose is dry as fuck (I know I should take a brake)
I need to hydrate it. But I don’t wanna stop snorting stuff
Can I still snort if I have some oil or gel on the inside of my nostrils or will that prevent the absorption ?
