Huge drips heavy full time user

Hey guys .. for some reason I’ve been getting heavy drips to the point it gives me panic attacks .. throat gets tight / chest … but I figured out it’s just my throat is getting super numb nowadays from the drips.. Is there something wrong with my nose? No heart problems .. and thought it was had a ecg and my hearts mint.. I use anywhere from 2.0-3.5 grams everyday for the last 2 years
