Any tips for coming off a massive binge? Feel like shit

I bought more after a 24 hour break once I completed a 4 day/night bender just bc I felt so mentally and emotionally and physically shitty. Did a couple lines out the new shit, just like that feel better. Just so I don’t wake up tomorrow feeling worse than I did this morning, what can I do to minimize the effects? Should I slowly taper down for the next few days like save some for a couple lines each morning? What is the best plan of action, best way to use what I have now for the long term? I can’t really just use it all today bc it’s a lot, and don’t want to repeat the withdrawal again. Don’t know what to do to make sure I feel alright this week. Any insight helps thanks pls leave your thoughts
