Help. I have build up in my nose.

I never thought this would happen to me but I guess using daily didn't help. Yesterday while inspecting my nose I found a white patch and I tried to get with my finger. I went lightly cause I didn't want to hurt myself. But this section is hard. I can scrape it and not feel it but hear it inside. And i can taste it. I searched the sub for solutions and tried everything. Please tell me what worked for you. I want it out. Fml.
