Day 2 still gettin it

So I got out of work last night at 11pm started blowing lines at about 12am went all the way until I had to go to work today at 3pm and luckily my boss let me go home so I’m picking up where I left off.
I drank a 22oz beer last night around 1am and took like 15mg of valium at around 2:30pm today because i thought i had to work.
Is it safe to drink a little bit now ? Nothing crazy like a pint of Tito’s ?
