I take some when I’m out drinking to help me keep awake but always end up having it all night of a weekend going in to 5/6pm the next evening still awake. My friends and partner have it and I feel like I will miss out if I go to bed, I know now I’m not missing much but at the time I want to stay up but after I’ve did this feel awful how do I stop taking it socially has anyone got any tips it’s really getting me down and I need to stop and I also become really paranoid the next day and worry about my nose going bad and things. Thank you
