4. When women have positive experiences, they can let the mods know and we'll give the men "good flair" that shows other women that they're "the real thing". Or if a woman has a negative experiences, before, during, or after the date, she can tell the mods and we'll give him "bad flair" that warns other women and potentially prevents him from posting (there'd be no point).

A couple of rules go along with this:

1. Both men & women still need to be smart. Most of us have good intuition about people, and can tell when someone's being dishonest or something doesn't add up. We'll never penalize anyone for trusting their gut about the other person and canceling plans.
