Your life certainly hasn't been as hard as mine. You've made a lot of good, safe decisions to build a life that has some stability and security. You probably can't date men that your friends wouldn't approve of. It hasn't all been roses for you, but you haven't slept in a Home Depot parking lot when it was 17 degrees outside. I have. Your life is consistently above average. You like mountaintop experiences, but everytime you go up you come down. You don't know who you'd be with all of your privilege stripped away. I hunger for the chance to strip away the layers of value signaling that you really upon for self worth. Once you know who you are at your lowest, it's all up from there.
