The administrator at my PRN SNF came at me for not wearing the “correct” color of scrubs, that they never provided even though they’re supposed to. Meanwhile they only had 3 CNA’s for a unit of almost 60 residents on the 3-11 shift and expected us to work like that. There’s showers to give, dinners to pass, and ppl to put in bed. I had to go to the staffing coordinator myself and tell her she needed to come on the floor or find us another person. But he’s worried about the scrub colors, when the residents won’t be getting any kind of adequate care. I just don’t get the logic lol. They’re always worried about the wrong things.
