How do I get approved to test?

I live in Texas. I did my 60 classroom hours online through NATCEP, the free online program to become a CNA. I then did my 40 hours at an approved program. I created and submitted my account through TULIP. It has been several days and I have not gotten approved or received an email about my application. Am I missing something? Can someone help me? I need to be able to register for my written & skills test for CNA certification. I was tracking my own hours & getting hours/skills signed off for clinical hours. I emailed my hours to my clinic where I was working.
