For my Nightshift CNA’s, does your facility usually have two people to a station or just one person per station during your nightshift? I ask because my facility is very low staffed but at the same time, ever since I started here, they never had two people working per station (meaning you worked a station by yourself, 20 residents all alone). It was hard at first for me to get into the groove of everything changing everyone and stocking rooms and such but then after a month or so I got into the habit of getting stuff done. Sometimes getting 5 people up in the morning is hard but you do what you can. I just wanna know y’all’s opinions💙
