I work 3-11, last night I was showering a resident, n MOD called over walkie like 3/4 times a room number needed assistance ASAP. (He had a poop filled brief,) I called on walkie back that I was unavailable being that I was showering another resident. Apparently this residents daughter timed the response it took 18 minutes, n the co worker on the floor with me was seen walking past the room that needed help twice!. MOD then had a conversation with us talking about how it shouldn’t happen again. Which it won’t, n the co worker started trying to back peddle/defend herself whole time MOD was explaining the frustration of the situation. Am I wrong for being frustrated I got talked too like it was also my fault ?
