Heyho. I've got an issue I cannot solve. Maybe one of you can help me

I use several hyper v vms with gpu p and a rtx 3070. I had virtual USB Display driver installed which worked perfectly. I used parsec to connect and game on this machine.

But suddenly the driver stopped working. I uninstalled all display drivers, even the hyper v display, rebooted, tried installing the driver again. Didn't work. I've tried several versions, tried parsec virtual display driver which also didn't work.

It still works on an other vm with the exact same setup. There was no update, I cannot restore any restore points and I want to avoid installing a new vm

Did anyone face this issue? There are no errors. The driver installs and I can see virtual display in the device manager but in the setting there is no screen I could configure or enable
