Would you treat breastmilk like pee or poo?

Ok, I know that’s super offensive to some. Haha. And it is definitely not like either, as they have found no covid in breastmilk (CDC, WHO, UNICEF, and Academy of Breastfeeding medicine), unlike poo.

MY POINT IS: would you air out a wool breast pad or wash it daily? Stink test?

I got the idea from GMD’s wool liners page but they didn’t mention how to treat it when milk is constantly on it and I’m making my own, so if I contact the manufacturer, they’re not going to be super helpful.
