I could use some swim diaper recs!

Does anyone have any recommendations for a reusable swim diaper? We currently have a Thirsties swim diaper in size 1, but my son is growing out of the small size pretty quick and I'm looking for other options. It seems most of them are just liners that hold the poop, but nothing absorbent since of course they'll be in the water. Also, how many should I get for a full day at the beach? I'm thinking at least 3 but that might be overkill.
Any advice and options would be great! Thanks in advance.
