Vinegar or Bleach?

Poor LO has a yeast diaper rash. We switched to sposies while we treat it. Anyone have personal experience with this? I've found conflicting info on whether I should use vinegar or bleach to kill the yeast on her cloths. Any input would be much appreciated!
