Suggestions for cloth pull-ups?

We are working on potty training, and use mainly prefolds and bumgenius all-in-ones. We use disposables at night and have been using pull-ups lately.
Today, while still in a pull-up, he pulled his pants down and sat on the potty by himself, without prompting or supervision. I don't want to give up on cloth, but I need something that will give him the independence he needs to continue potty training.
