Leaking BumGenius Newborn AIOs?

I started using my cloth diapers on my son 3 days ago. I'm using 2 kinds at this point: prefolds and the BumGenius newborn all-in-ones. For some reason the AIOs seem to leak (prefolds working fabulously, so far). It took me a while to figure it out, but basically, he seems to be peeing out the top front of the diaper.
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas? I thought they were tight enough, but should they be tighter? Should I use a soaker? Does it need to be higher in the front?
