This is entirely speculation and it’s been a while since I’ve seen the actual episodes but I was thinking about something.
Yoda was by no means perfect. He was the leader of a Jedi Order that became everything they weren’t supposed to be. Peace keepers became generals in an army. The dark lord of the Sith rose to power, seized control of the senate and turned the chosen one. The Republic fell and the Empire rose. So yeah, Yoda had his faults.
One of the key events that led to Anakin turning was the banishing of Ahsoka Tano from the Jedi Order but surely he was already going to turn and I ask you this… had Ahsoka been at the temple, or anywhere near Coruscant during Order 66, would she have survived? And for those that believe Ahsoka would have been able to stop Anakin from turning to the dark side… I don’t subscribe to that theory. Nothing was stopping that.
TL;DR - I know it’s a stretch.. but maybe Yoda foresaw the need to distance Ahsoka from The Order at that time. Whether he knew it or not he probably saved her life.
