Capsaicin Cream?

Hi all. Quick question. I’ve been seeing a lot of posts about capsaicin cream and oil and how intense it can be, and I’d like to try it safely. My local drug store has this one pictured. Is that what people mean when they’re talking about it? Or is there something else? I’ve already used icy hot, tiger balm white, tiger balm red and toothpaste, so I’m not new to this but appreciate any advice for safe play that won’t cause permanent damage. Thanks!
