Opinions on Abbott?

I'm thinking of applying for a CRA role at Abbott, but unsure of how clinical research employees view them. They seem to have good ratings overall on Glassdoor but as I've never worked for such a large sponsor I'm unsure if I would be a good fit. Anyone here have experience with Abbott? Would you recommend or suggest to avoid?
