I've took on the CRA role having background as a CTA as that is what I thought I want to do. And I was right. However now with almost 4 years fo experience I do want to move to the CTM role as it seems more fulfilling.
however at the company I am now they told me that they typically promote Senior CRAs only which would require few more years of CRAing which I don't think I have in me.
Hence my question, what is the typical way of getting to CTM from CRA? Does it make even make sense to search for associate CTM roles? o haven't really seen any... what is your experience in this matter?
